The Society only offers mortgage facilities in respect of properties in England or Wales.

Please do not send any personal data about yourself to the Society over the internet, which you would not wish to be disclosed to third parties. This is because the Society cannot guarantee secure data transmission absolutely. However if you apply for a mortgage online, your data will be encrypted and submitted via a secure connection.
Visitors to this site are not authorised to make any amendments whatsoever to the content of the site.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our duties and liabilities to you under the Financial Services and Markets Act, or any conduct of business rules which the Society is bound to comply with. Furthermore, nothing in these terms and conditions shall attempt to exclude liability for death or personal injury or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
Please be aware that we are unable to provide any account specific information via email, we will never ask for your personal or account details via email. If you wish to communicate with the Society by email, and this contains any form of personal or sensitive data, we strongly advise that you password protect all files before sending them to the Society. Calls and electronic communication may be monitored and/or recorded for your security and may be used for training purposes.
If you are not satisfied with any of the Society’s products, we have a complaint handling procedure that you can use to resolve such matters. A leaflet giving details of the procedure can be obtained in the branch, by telephone or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are still not satisfied after following the Society’s procedures you can ask The Financial Ombudsman Service to review the complaint.
