| Lost passbook | £5 | Your first replacement passbook is free of charge. Subsequent replacement passbooks incur a charge. |
| Copy statement | £10 | We can usually reproduce a statement of account. The fee is charged per account, per year. |
| Returned/Unpaid cheque fee | £15 | If a cheque you pay into your account is returned unpaid, a fee applies. |
| Stopped cheque fee | £10 | If you need to stop a cheque which has been withdrawn from your account, this fee will be debited from your account. |
| Replacement cheque fee | £10 | This fee will be charged for each cheque that you request to be replaced. |
| Duplicate tax certificates | £5 | We can usually reproduce a tax certificate from a previous year. The fee will be charged per account, per year. |
| CHAPs fee | £25 | For transfers of £75,000 or more, we only use the CHAPS payment service to ensure safe, same-day delivery. We can also arrange CHAPS for lower amounts on request. |
| Audit letter | £20 | If an auditor, accountant or solicitor requests specific information about your savings account, we may charge a fee due to the work involved. We will tell you about the fee before starting the work. |
