Since 1995, The Stafford Building Society has proudly supported Katharine House Hospice – a vital local charity that has provided free, expert care to people with incurable illnesses across Staffordshire since 1989.
Through its dedicated Affinity Savings Account, The Stafford has donated £390.85 this year alone to help the hospice continue its life-changing work. This ongoing support is part of the Society’s long-standing commitment to community support and giving back to those who need it most.
The money raised through the account helps nearly 2,000 patients and families each year, whether they receive care at home, in the community, or at the hospice itself. Katharine House Hospice depends on the generosity of people and organisations across Staffordshire to fund its compassionate services.
Louise Williamson, Branch Manager at The Stafford, joined Andrea Pugh, Community and Corporate Fundraiser at Katharine House Hospice, for a photo to mark another year of partnership and continued support for the hospice.
This partnership shows how Savings in Stafford can lead to real impact, with The Stafford Building Society playing an active role in supporting the local community.
