Under the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) (“GDPR”), you may ask for access to information we hold about you. This is called a Subject Access Request.
You are only entitled to request your own personal data and not information relating to other people i.e. joint account holders (unless you are also able to provide their written consent).
If you would like to make a Subject Access Request, please complete the Subject Access Request form.
Alternatively, if you do not wish to complete the form, you can still apply in writing. To be valid, your request must contain a clear written request, detailing the information you require and include your signature.
All requests must be accompanied by proof of identity as detailed on the Subject Access Request form. Your request will be placed on hold until we have received the necessary proof of identity from you.
We will process your application promptly, but in any event we will respond to you within 1 calendar month from the date we received your request and proof of identity.
