 - The applicant had a two-year track record of similar bonus income, so we included 100% of their annual bonus in the affordability calculation.
 - The capital raise was approved as we had clear, documented evidence of the private debt owed to the applicant’s father.
 - This remortgage and capital raise was delivered in full — an unusual case that many lenders would have declined, but one that we were happy to support.
