Stafford Railway Building Society has strengthened its intermediary mortgage team by announcing the appointment of a new Business Development Manager (BDM)
Stephen Breen has joined the Society as BDM for the North region to compliment current Business Development Manager, Emma Parker, who will now focus on strengthening relationships with new and existing broker networks in the South. Previous to this appointment Stephen worked as an Area Manager for Furness Building Society, and various Branch Manager roles at Bradford and Bingley.
Stephen commented ” I have found a very warm welcome at Stafford Railway. My aim is to raise the Society profile with Networks, Clubs and individual brokers in the North. I am looking forward to bringing my expertise to the exciting changes at Stafford Railway Building Society”.
Mike Smith, CEO of Stafford Railway Building Society said “I am delighted that Stephen has joined the team at Stafford Railway Building Society. He brings an extensive knowledge of the sector and will be invaluable as we start to grow our intermediary business in the North region.”
The Intermediary Team support brokers across England and Wales and promote the Society’s niche lending criteria alongside attracting volume business that meets the Society’s current lending strategy. The team also manage key accounts including Legal & General and BuildLoan.
